Delivery

As wholesalers, you can place order with us for out of stock items. We would deliver your goods as soon as they come in stock.

Shipping charges are calculated once your order is ready to go. We will calculate the exact shipping costs, based on the number of boxes and volumetric weights. You will receive a performa invoice from us with a summary of your order and shipping charges.

Your order will be on its way as soon as you accept the invoice and pay for your order.

Although we try to keep our postage prices to the lowest for our customers, please note that all prices stated are subject to unannounced changes at our complete discretion. .

We use DHL, DPD and ParcelForce for our postal services, but please note that we can temporarily or permanently change it to another courier company at our discretion.

To improve our customer, experience, courier companies may send instant email updates and / or text updates about your parcel. Please contact us if you need more information.

This is the customer's responsibility to provide us a correct address for delivery. it is also the customer's responsibility to clear any possible customs charges for any order outside the EU.

Returns

Wholesalers are allowed upto 4% return rate per annum. The return percentage would be calculated againt last 12 months sales. All returns must be approved from our wholesale department beforehand. Once return has been approved, the goods can be returned on the follwing address:
